Timothy Chia, lulusan Creative Culinaire Academy yang mengasah kemampuan bakery dan kulinernya di Caffe Pralet sebagai Head Chef selama 10 tahun. Ia kemudian menjadi salah satu Co-Founder Botart di Singapore dan menyediakan konsultasi bisnis untuk Chef, business partner dan restoran.

Tim juga memegang Guinness World Records untuk Patung Cokelat Tertinggi serta beberapa acara memanggang untuk Singapore Book of Records seperti Kue Ulang tahun Terbesar di 2008 dan Roti Kemasan Terpanjang di 2020. Ia juga ikut andil dalam desain pembuatan kue pengantin mewah di film Crazy Rich Asians.<hr class="hr-mentor">Timothy Chia started his baking education at Creative Culinaire Academy and honed his bakery and culinary skills in Caffe Pralet as Head Chef for more than 10 years. Tim is also the co-founder of Botart in Singapore and provided consultations to aspiring chefs, business partners and restaurants.

Tim holds the Guinness World Records for the Tallest Chocolate Sculpture as well as several record-breaking baking events for the Singapore Book of Records such as Biggest Birthday Cake (2008), Longest Packaged Breads (2020). He was also commissioned to be part of the team that designed the grand wedding cake for the movie, Crazy Rich Asians.
